A pallet exchanger is used to exchange a production pallet with a transport pallet. It is applied in plants where production and sanitary regime are required.
Its operation involves appropriate compression of the cargo, its rotation and replacement of the carrier with another one, in the majority of cases – a plastic pallet with a wooden pallet (EUR).
Additional automatic pallet warehouses, which deliver and receive the pallets, are used in order to exchange the pallets in a proper and fully automated way.
Adjustable pressure of the walls and the height of the pallet exchanger makes it possible to manipulate the cargo safely, with no risk of crushing, and rotate the pallets of different heights.
