Mechanical lifters are used to change the level of the transported cargo. The technical parameters include: the width, working length, entrance and exit height, load and others designed for individual purposes.
A mechanical pallets lifter – example
| working width | 1000 mm |
| working length | 1200 mm |
| lower position | 90 mm |
| upper position | to be agreed upon |
| lifting time | ~ 5 sec. |
| roller diameter | 60 mm |
| roller scale | 70 mm |
| load capacity | 1500 kg/m |
| range of temperatures | 0÷40°C |
| construction | steel construction powder painted, surface chemically prepared |
| installation | floor, with steel anchors |
A pneumatical pallets lifter with a roller conveyor – example
| lifting/lowering | pneumatic |
| working width | 1000 mm |
| working length | 1200 mm |
| height in the lower position | from 400 mm |
| lifting time | ~ 5 sec. |
| roller diameter | 90 mm |
| roller scale | 182,5 mm |
| stroke of the lift | ~ 150 mm |
| load capacity | 1500 kg/m |
| range of temperatures | 0÷40°C |
| construction | steel construction powder painted, surface chemically prepared |
| installation | floor, with steel anchors |
Hydraulic lifters
Hydraulic lifters are constructed on the basis of single pantograph hydraulic tables. The parameters such as: the height of lifting and lowering, type of the super-structured conveyor and the load are selected individually, depending on the needs.
