Automatic line with ring wrapper and 90 mm height roller conveyors

The low lift truck (max. 90 mm lift), with double long forks, delivers two pallets at the same time. Then they are directed automatically to the angular turntable, which changes the direction of their movement by 90 degrees. After changing the direction of movement, the pallet enters the conveyor under the wrapper, it is lifted so that the wrapping begins at a level of 60 mm above the lower edge of the wooden pallet. At the end of the wrapping cycle (covering the top surface of the load with the polyethylene film), the pallet descends onto the conveyor belts of a suitable length, which constitute the buffer. The line is designed to handle euro and light industrial pallets of varying heights up to 2500 mm.
