Automatic line for banding and wrapping large-sized loads in stretch film.

The aim of the project was to replace various systems and materials used to pack products with just one – stretch film. Due to the specific nature of the loads, it was necessary to create stations for: packing in full-width stretch film (500 mm), banding with 250 mm wide stretch film or stringing with 100 mm wide film. We used conveyors with an appropriate pipe diameter and dense pitch so that the cardboard pallets used by the customer could move on them. Thanks to a well-executed, prototype project, we obtained references for subsequent orders in other companies with similar types of loads.
