Our goal was to automate the packaging of light, large and unstable packages placed on wooden pallets with dimensions: 800 x 1200 mm EUR, 1200 x 1200 mm and 1140 x 1140 mm (CP3 and CP9). The customer also required that, in addition to the stretch film (stretch – wrapping), the load be covered from above with a polyethylene film. To strengthen the packaging, for all high loads, we used “stringing”, i.e. packaging with a narrowed stretch film.
The line capacity is 70 pallets / hour.
