GLS-Twist – automatic shrinking machine with rotary arm for packing the pallet loads into the hoods made of thermo-shrinking film, with output capacity 15 pack./h.
The cargo is stationary and thus, high and unstable cargos might be packed.
Designed according to individual needs of the investor and integrated with existing devices of packing lines.
Example
After the pallet with load together with a hood enters the shrinking machine conveyor, the following automatic operations are performed:
Use of the pallets lifter and ventilator enables folding and shrinking of the film under the pallet bottom, thanks to it the product is more stable and tightly packed.
During the shrinking of the hood, in the machines with automatic putting system, the hood is prepared and put onto the next load.
